Rule number 10: Don't trust a woman who won't perform oral sex on you.

This is Tariq Nasheed. He's a douche bag.

And this is Greg. He's a player hater.

I don't know if I want to laugh till I crap myself or shoot myself in the face because this book exists.

This is a book for people who find most of the other 'game' books to be too sophisticated. Want to know how to impress a "Diamond" girl (ie., a girl with money and smarts)? Answer: Read a geography book because she probably likes to travel. Rule number 10: Don't trust a woman who won't perform oral sex on you.

What kind of girls should you avoid? A: Cubic Zirconia ones. But how to you pick one out? Well they weigh on average between 140 and 300 lbs, have had more than one abortion, probably around 3 to 4 on average and have a couple of kids. Stay the fuck away from those bitches. As a mack, you've got to respect your dick, and you just don't go sticking it into anything that moves.

Want to know the two things women respect in you? A: One, your game (ie., your lying fake facade and bullshit 'alpha'-male crap), and Two, your sperm so they can make little babies that are as mack as you are.

If this was a humor book I'd think it was kind of offensive and racist but also funny. But I don't think this is supposed to be humorous. What saddens me is that there are between seventeen and nineteen people who have bought this book from the store in the past year, and at least more than half of them I'm sure bought this with the intention of learning from it. I figure the other half are assholes like me who revel in reading the most illiterate shit imaginable, or hipsters who find this kind of thing ironic (I find nothing ironic in my wallowing in the muck of our society's intellectual wastelands... I just do it to kill and budding optimism I might happen to feel growing in me about the future of the human race.)

One can't see it too clearly here on goodreads. But the ugly woman on the cover of this book (who I'm guessing is mighty trustworthy), looks as if she has recently been hit pretty hard on the side of her head. Her cheek looks like the start of what will be a pretty nasty bruise. I think she got hit with the pimp glass the douche bag author is holding (note to self, go to that place at the mall that puts your name on metal goblets (Fine Impression?), and get goblet made up, and then stop off at the craft store for rhinestone's to decorate the goblet with).

I actually don't have too much more to say about this book. I really just wanted to share rule number 10 with all the good folks on goodreads, especially the men who might have been spreading their trust around like a dirty ho without getting their knob spit shined first. ...more

Hilarious...
First, I am a woman and I bought this book on February 2007 for a love interest. I don't know... I was looking for a valentine's day present and was looking for something different. So I spotted that book and the cover just cracked me up. The guy's serious face, the title, the pose, the Asian girl... priceless. My boyfriend and I read it and we laughed so much... By the way, we are getting married this summer and he's the most perfect guy ever.

Now, I have to say this: the book is mostly intended for guys who are perfectly content dating weirdoes. The book offers advice on how to spot these women and get whatever they have to offer: cash and sex mostly.

The book is useless to anyone interested in finding a soulmate and starting a serious relationship with someone worthy. It just perpetuates stereotypes and cliches: "money hungry chickenheads, nymphomaniac female players and daddy issues ridden women" and that's what makes the book hilarious. Now, I know there are women like that out there but that's not it. Any guy who goes out in the dating world armed only with the type of cynicism contained in this book will not find happyness as he will only attract the type of women he should stay away from.
That Tariq guy is seriously messed up himself and is pretty much a man-whore who is dating women with issues worse than his.

WRITTEN FROM A HIP-HOP INFLUENCED, YOUNG BLACK MAN'S PERSPECTIVE...
... Tariq makes some good points here, and offers an entertaining read, but most caucasian males wouldn't be able to convincingly implement his "pimp" approach (which black males can successfully get away with because it's more or less become an accepted stereotype that many young bar bimbos find attractive, due in large part to the unprecedented glamorization of black celebrities in popular culture - but it would take a pretty slick white dude a la Kevin Federline to pull off that Super Fly jive on a chick with a Britney-sized IQ)... the bottom line is, black guys and white guys are worlds apart as to how they market themselves and what kind of approach they use in the pick-up game and, therefore, this book isn't the most practical where a young white dude is concerned.

To summarize, there's some helpful common ground to be found here, but it's basically geared to the under-30, Afro-American perspective (otherwise, it's a good primer for a white guy interested in meeting black women and understanding their mindset).

Essential book about confidence and valuing yourself. Not your regular PUA text
I just read this book again Ten years after reading it the first time and it was extremely impactful the second time as well. What separates this from other books of its kind is its not about picking up girls as much as it is valuing yourself as a man and flipping the script on all the thoughts and beliefs that hold us back. It's eye-opening, insightful, and also hilarious. I'd recommend it to anyone trying to get over a terrible break-up or anyone who has confidence issues around women. This hits on the foundation for everything - get right with yourself before you start gettin with others.

IMPORTANT BOOK...AND I AM A WOMAN
LADIES...get this book...
As a few of the other reviewers have mentioned, it is exactly the opposite
of everything that kind mothers have worked hard to teach their sons.

Indeed this book and others of the type will help men be more "manly".
However, it is very dismissive of most women in general and makes
fun of those women who have problems in particular.

Besides being hilarious as the other female reviewer stated, I feel
it shows you exactly what most men THESE DAYS are thinking.

Before you jump through hoops to get a man who really doesn't
want you, please get this book. Yes, it unfortunately supports
the author but it will arm you with knowledge.

I recommend all the other books in this genre, including THE
ART OF MACKING and HOW TO BE AN ALPHA MALE.

I give them to intelligent, loving, accomplished women as well
as young girls who are first time daters and the "chickenheads and
gold diggers" (really women with problems, not those disparaging
names).

This is not just the mentality of the marginal element of society
(pimps, thugs) but of the common man too, as more of these kinds
of books and websites pop up.

Remember ladies, MORE THAN ANYONE we WOMEN need to be up on "the
game".

Forewarned is forearmed...

Be able to set the trash straight.

Good luck and God Bless Sisters!

I had never had the pleasure ot laughing so hard at a misogynist
Don't get me wrong King Flex does have some insights into human nature such as that some women lie to themselves. However a majority of this books content is about embracing a double standard and asserting dominance over women. He goes so far as to say that a woman should cook, clean, and do chores for a man with the reward for her being sex? How can he fancy himself a king when his methodology involves manipulation and emotional abuse rather than real power? Some parts of this book are truthful, that there are men who play on women's vulnerabilities in order to use their rescources. Most of it is comedy, though that was not the author's intent. He States that a woman that won't perform oral sex is untrustworthy, had it not occurred to him that some women have had traumatic pasts with sexual abuse and may not feel comfortable engaging this way? He exalts a pimp mentality without an awareness. Pimps are predators who manipulate and coerce underage girls into sex trafficking. Statistically speaking most street prostitutes are between the ages of 12 and 14. If you or anyone you know believe that a pimp is a role model seek help. As is abundantly apparent with Flex he is way beyond help. His objectification and misogynist attitudes are borderline pathological. Why does empowering men involve disempowering women? What will he tell his own daughter when she falls prey to a man of his own mindset? This book would be funny if it weren't so scarry. Okay it is actually pretty funny.

The usual gender dividing herd politics...
An average book filled with all the stereotypes of both women and men that you can read for free on any man-bashing / woman-bashing messageboard. Admittedly, it's actually an entertaining read with the core message of the book being that having loads of confidence is necessary when engaging any member of the homo sapien race.

The book is brought low by its juvenile insistences that both genders fit into a sparse selection of 2-dimensional cartoon character descriptions as well as its adherence to a played-out, pimp-style POV that material goods make the man. Come on now, the only clothing a true mack wears are made of leather, mink, silk, suede or chinchilla? Guess you can't be environmentally conscious and a mack too. More evidence of the silly hood-type mentality that ultimately holds Blacks back while the rest of society tries to move forward.

This book is not recommended for the individual thinker.

Two stars for the entertainment value.

Slumming!
I'm not disputing the author's expertise, but he paints a very dark picture of humanity. Reading it was like slumming. He writes about women as ghetto types, because that is all he knows. So if you want to know how to handle and abuse vulnerable women, this is the book for you. It is probably very accurate, too.

I HOPE THE AUTHOR EYES GET A CHANCE TO READ THIS ONE DAY !!!! PLEASE !!!!!
Did a women not give birth to this guy? He wants to put all women in boxes labeling us and on top of that this book was Totally disrespectful. I read it to get a better insight on how men think. This book had a small amount of truth to it because it does take confidence to be success in anything you do. I will apologize for this Creep for all the women he may have offended with this book and some men (because they have mothers and sister and baby girls at home). Not once did he talk about love and devotion and understanding. Everything was about looks and money and mind control. I could go on and on because he boy needs help. Look pimpin , I'm a HOT 40 year old with money, cars and bank accounts and a slew of guys that want me of all ages and from different backgrounds and it plenty of us out here sweetie. So were do you get your ill from. F.Y.I i saw your pic i wouldn't date you if you had all the money in the world, and I know game so that wouldn't work either. You are an embarrassment to guys with real game, but are using it to pull a women to spend their life with. I burning this book today p.s it wasn't even worth the what 40 pages i paid and little girls dairies are longer and better written.

Excellent book for a young man beginning the journey........
....Mack Within has something for everyone. Very simple and straightforward but rock solid advice. It will help a young beginning the journey the most. However, excellent for all men due to it being a confidence booster and to somewhat measure where you are on the scale. You won't agree with all of the points but most will make sense to you. Also, a good read women who want to put themselves on game.

Discover the Game you didn't know existed!
I have thought many times about what it would be like to have some of my friends write a book like this, but in our circle, it would have been against unspoken rules to expose the game. However, being much more mature now, I have realized that no matter who you are, the "Game" is still the same. And like those who follow a religion will tell you, "You don't have to believe, for it to exist!"
If you are having relationship issues, and feel as though you are always being taken advantage of, maybe it is time for you to read the "Rules to the Game!"
You are either the Predator, or the Prey. Know your role, and know that your role is changeable, and is changing all the time - unless you are in control. How do you know if YOU are in the driver's seat? Know the rules! The world is playing, and whether YOU want to or not, you are in the game just the same!
Play, or be played. If you think you are "above this mentality", thank you for becoming an easy mark! My favorite flavor was Junior and above college students, preferably with a major in psychology. I use the Aikido method of using their own energy against them, they ALWAYS thought they were in control!
Business, just the same as romance. Understand that the dynamics are psychological, and not just some random "HOOD" mentality, and you are already half way there.
Buy the book, change your life.
Thanks Tariq. Play Hard Player!
Done.

The only Mac this guy knows about is mac and ...
The only Mac this guy knows about is mac and cheese as he sits in his government housing and stirs up some mac and cheese. This guy is a loser and I am positive he is "on the down low" a term used in his community to mean an in the closet gay man.

I thought he loved Black women and wanted the best for them
This is why you can't trust these new black leaders. I thought he loved Black women and wanted the best for them? All a bunch of cons selling dreams the same way the church is. Headbutt a knife "Brotha"

Tsk, Tsk, Tsk
This book is a must read for every woman so that you don't get taken advantage of. Sometimes the truth hurts and this author has put the truth right in our face. I wish I had read this 10 years ago & been up on the games some of the male species play. It's an easy read, even though at times it is very disrespectful to women. Better to know than not know what's really going on in these streets.

This book was definitely interesting to read. It is always helpful to gain new perspectives on life. A favorite quote of mine from this book is "In order to be a leader, you must be worthy of being followed.

The Egyptians patterned their relationships after the patriarchal structure of the lion kingdom. The male lion has long been considered the king of the jungle. The male lion is one of the most respected and feared animals in the wild. And what does the male lion do? He chills, for the most part.
The male lion doesn't have to prove his dominance at all times. The male lion sleeps through most of the day, and yet he's the most respected animal in the jungle. The male lion also has a number of female lions that do his work for him. The female lion does all the hunting. Teh female lion raises the cubs. After the female lion makes a kill, she won't even eat before the male lion has had his fill.

I read this book and it changed my life. Finally someone articulating something that I always knew, but didn't have a language for or an outlet to further define it. Tariq Nasheed is a great author. Many men especially during this age and time don't know how to maintain a healthy relationship with women and don't know how to spit there game at top notch women so they settle. This book is an eye opener with ten rules for men to follow to better themselves and there relationship.
