Good recipes to supplement those in the South Beach diet. I think I'll buy this as the library copy is due and I haven't run out of recipes that I want to try yet. Easy to follow instructions; I've liked most of what 8 have cooked.

I am going to buy this book because I feel that having more fiber in our diets is going to save us from a lot of physical ailments. Also, I thought the recipes looked delicious.

If you have to own the book, then this one is as good as any. I find it much less expensive to simply get the recipes online, where they exist, and are free.
