Considering that it was written years ago, it’s definitely dated. But still an essential read for those of whom that interested in the topic of Marijuana.

This seems to be the premier book on growing cannabis.

Of course the title says it all, practical advice for the "medical" grower or otherwise. However, also provides much practical advice for any type of indoor horticulture whether it be chile peppers, tomatoes, etc..., though this is not stated in the book. Well organized, written in a clear, succinct prose w/ a modicum of real world advice and at times humor. Whatever one thinks of the evil herb worth a read especially pertaining to responsible use of herbicides, pesticides and the like that is Of course the title says it all, practical advice for the "medical" grower or otherwise. Very useful information with great attention to detail. I recommend to anyone interested in growing either for entertainment or a connoisseur this book has the information i needed always! it also has a large variety of information i did not learn elsewhere about growing and the plant in general

I'm currently on chapter three. This book is a highly informative well thought out piece of literature. There are over 1000 full color photos between the covers. The book has everything you need to know to grow your own ganja.

Marijuana Horticulture: The Indoor/Outdoor Medical Grower's Bible by Jorge Cervantes (Jorge Cervantes 2006)(633.7) is a grower's manual that's heavy on photos and advice about indoor gardening. My rating: 7/10, finished 5/9/14.
