Schreiber first published Last of a Breed in 1982, with many of
his images being prototypical classic photographs, widely admired and
collected by conniseurs of cowboy culture. In the interim period, he
continued to develop his love for the western lore and add to his
selection of photographs. This second, revised edition of the book is
completely re-edited and redesigned, with more than half of the images
in the book being new, previously unpublished scenes.
