It's estimated that endometriosis effects 15% of American women
of reproductive age and is a leading cause of infertility. This book
explains why endometriosis and infertility are on the rise in
contemporary Western society and describes how traditional Chinese
medicine diagnoses and treats these two, often related conditions. It
includes sections on prevention, diet, exercise, and relaxation
therapies.

I picked up this book because I recently have been diagnosed with endometriosis (so really I only read the first half of the book). I was hoping to gain some knowledge of other ways to treat my symptoms besides pain medication, and this book had been recommended to me. I did not like it. I did not learn anything new. Most of what was discussed was how Chinese medicine classifies endometriosis and what it is, which I already knew since I have been diagnosed with it for about 4 months now.
