Id first like to start off saying I have read quite a few "chicken soup books", and love them! I dont know, with this one, I did not seem to relate to much of any of it. Id first like to start off saying I have read quite a few "chicken soup books", and love them! I dont know, with this one, I did not seem to relate to much of any of it. I felt the stories were odd and specific situations that did not pertain to average person going through a divorce. I just did not get the therapeutic effect I was looking for at all. I was very disappointed! There are some good parts of advice included however. Just didnt do it for me sorry.

Like every other Chicken Soup - it just reads well. Quick stories. Some were tear-jerkers, some made me laugh, some made me reflect on my own experiences. It’s a good read for anyone coming out of a relationship, any relationship. It’s a comforting read.

This isn’t one of the best of chicken soup series though some of the stories are really nice. However, as chicken soup is collection of writing of people like us I find it wrong to review it because it’s bunch of experience which has been given form of a book. Not everyone’s experience can touch our heart may be because we don’t relate to it or haven’t experience!

This book helped guide me through a time in my life where I had a lot of questions and not many answers. This book helped me to know that a divorce isn't the end but a beginning. I knew that a divorce didn't have to be ugly, bitter and destructive. The stories in this book made me know that there is life after divorce for the spouses but more importantly, for the children. This book inspired me to continue to pursue my vision of a wonderful and loving life after divorce for the children, me and This book helped guide me through a time in my life where I had a lot of questions and not many answers. Divorce is tough no matter the circumstances, and it has helped me to read other peoples' stories of how they have moved on with their lives. It helps to know that there are many people on the other side of divorce, and they are doing just fine. There are many lovely and inspiring stories in this book. If you are struggling through divorce, this book will offer support.
