Random book my mom lent me about the healing powers of alpha lipoic acid. In general, the book wasn't super well written. But there was interesting information about how our bodies work, vitamins and minerals that support health, and what alpha lipoic acid can do for you. (though, to be honest, I reached the end of the book and wasn't quite sure how to find it or take it - pills? Food?)

A really great book about a breakthrough that slows down the ageing process and you can do from home. Safely and naturally.

After watching Dr. Berkson present his findings on using Alpha Lipoic Acid via IV therapy as well as orally, I was intrigued. This book refelcts much of what he presented but also gives easy to understand medical information on how Alpha Lipoic Acid helps heal so many body systems. I was impressed with this man and his work. The book will make a good addition to my medical library.

This antioxidant has many health benefits. I felt the book lacked information on dosage.
